How to Place an Order

Online
To purchase any item on our site is easy.  All you need to do is browse the site and when you have decided which item you would like simply click 'Add to Shopping Cart' and the item you have chosen will be added to your shopping basket.  When you have finished shopping click 'Checkout'  and you will go through to the payment page where you will be asked to fill in a few personal and bank details which are needed to complete your order. 
 
We accept payment in Pounds, Euros and American Dollars.
 
Returns

Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
All items should be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, if you would like a refund or to exchange the item, provided that they are not soiled in anyway.
 
To get a full refund you must show proof of Purchase. (Order number and date of purchase.)
 
In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty, we will offer you an exchange or a full refund, if they are sent back to us within 14 days of purchase.
